If you are eligible, you may pay as little as $25 for a 1-month or 3-month prescription of Mounjaro.* See how to get a Mounjaro Savings Card below.

One month is defined as 28 days and 4 pens. Three months is defined as 84 days and up to 12 pens.

Get a Savings Card:
First, click the button to complete our savings program enrollment form.
Second, complete the 3 step process to determine eligibility.
Third, if you’re eligible for our savings program, we will generate a savings card and you can choose how you’d like to receive it. You can download it to your computer, email it to yourself, or add it to your phone’s mobile wallet.
Your card will already be activated when you receive it, so all you have to do next is to show it to your pharmacist when you go to pick up your prescription.
Please note that you must confirm your eligibility on the Mounjaro website to use a Mounjaro Savings Card.
